Hidden gems in Fort worth you didn’t know about

Sea Quest Fort Worth

Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas, ranked at #13 for the largest cities in the state. It is home to many special and unique places that include family activities, romantic getaways, and special occasions. Since the pandemic started we have been pretty much stuck in the house and unable to take our girls out to explore the city. I used this time to research the hidden gems that Fort Worth had to offer and there are so many! Our favorite place has been Sea Quest Fort Worth.

Sea Quest Fort Worth is an interactive aquarium. You can interact with stingrays, sharks, and other marine life, feed exotic birds, caiman, and reptiles from all over the planet. Sea Quest hosted us an we were allowed to participate in their interactive activities. They followed all the necessary safety precautions to ensure that we would be safe and have a great time.

Upon arrival, we checked in and were given food to feed the animals. Each animal requires different food so the staff numbered each food container with the corresponding numbers to match the animals. The girls really loved feeding the fish.

Our hosted stay included the Ultimate Experience Bundle where we participated in the Sloth Encounter, Asian Otter Interaction, and Snorkel with Stingrays. Each VIP Interaction Bundle includes 3 animal encounters and 6 Feeding Tokens. This product does not include Admission for non-members.

This was by far the best 2 hour experience that we have had. By the time we were done, the girls were out of energy and in need of a nap. Nia couldn’t even make it through the the experience. She took a nap while Dad was stull snorkeling with the stingrays.
