Happy New Year! Can you believe that it’s 2022! There are so many things I have planned for this year and I am stunned that it is finally here. Time passes by so fast which I am starting to be intentional in everything I do because before I know it, my girls will be so grown up. It’s the end of January and I’m just now setting my 2022 goals but I did it.
I’ve always been a goal setter, but no so much of a planner. I can set a goal but not come up with a plan to achieve it. Somehow I still manage to hit my goals, but this year I want to be intentional. I want make sure that I’m in control (along with God), but I want to make sure that I put myself in a position to achieve the goals that I have set for this year.
I want to achieve ever goal on my list this year and I know I can do it. Goals have to be SMART- Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based. If you need help on writing out smart goals, grab this FREE PDF. Here are my 2022 Goals and how I plan to achieve them.
I will make $100,000 in 2022.
Now I have never actually made 6 figures in one year, but I feel like 2022 is the year that I will. I fun two businesses and I have set a goal to make $50,000 in each business. To achieve this, I have written down monthly goals and worked with businesses coach to help solidify my foundation and scale my businesses. This will not be an easy task, but I will push myself to reach my 6-figure goals and I am well on my well already.
I will reach my weight-loss goal of 40 pounds.
You probably saying “40 pounds!”, yes 40. I gained 40 pounds in 2021 alone and I need that to go back where it came from. I know its not always about the number, but I already have worn cartilage on both knee and have other knee issues so losing some weight will take some of that added pressure off. I have already joined a gym and I have started meal planning to make sure we don’t resort to fast food again.
I will create more video content.
This one is hard for me. I’m an introvert, I’m camera shy, and the internet scares me. Photo content is easy, but having to talk and move in front of a camera scares me so bad. But being in business, video content is king and will become the new norm as far as marketing. I have some video skill, but this year I plan to do 50% more to get my practice in and get more comfortable in front of the camera. My husband got me the Sony ZV-1 for Christmas and I have been using it for almost everything. By June, I will be a pro at video content.
I’ve included some of my favorite recipes as well that I will be using to keep me on track with my health goals. Check out some of my favorite recipes here.
These are just my main goals. I do have other smaller monthly goals that will help me reach these three big goals but the first step is always to plan! Comment & let me know some of your goals for 2022.
